Current Incarna-deployment may need additional explanation for new players

people joining eve now for the first time (or again after a longer break) will be presented with the incarna environment - unfortunately these players don't necessarily have any knowledge about CCP's multi-tier deployment approach for incarna.

this might cause some confusion as the first environment the player is in, seems very restrained (if you dont know it's only Part One of many to come)

i think that some kind of information window upon entering the station for the first time would be a good idea.

i know this is a very small issue, but incarna-related issues (where do i go, how do i leave, etc.) are among the very first questions new players ask. a little more "visible" clarification would be nice so new players are informed about the current "in between" development status of incarna.

fakeedit: hmm... ok that might actually sound like a troll - i assure you, it isn't. Smile

I agree with you.

I'm a firm supporter of the old station hangar, with an option to "disembark" (complete with dropping-out-of-pod animation?) in the station menu. I think just adding that could even help new players.

Can't wait to dual box my Dust toon and EVE toon on the same machine!
