Amarrian version of Advanced Military (7 of 10) "Weapon of Choice"

The seventh mission in the Advanced Military chain, "Weapon of Choice", in Deepari/Pasha/Conoban teaches new Amarrians about laser weapons... which they must necessarily have BEEN using, already, for the earlier missions in that same chain as well as the initial tutorial chain that occurs in Chaven/Sehmy/Emrayur. If new players run the "Cash Flow for Capsuleers" Military chain before the Advanced Military chain (which is likely), then they've been using laser weapons for at least a dozen missions, already.

With a new player that deep into the tutorials, it might make more sense to teach about a race's secondary weapon of choice rather than their primary weapon of choice: whatever other weapon system is sometimes bonused by ships of that race that new players of that race don't automatically have injected and trained, already. That is:

For the Amarrians, they start with Small Laser Turret, so in Advanced Military they should probably learn about Drones.
For the Caldari, they start with Small Hybrid Turret (I think?), so they should probably learn about Missiles, but I haven't run their Advanced Military chain, yet.
For the Minmatar, they start with Small Projectile Turret, so they should probably also learn about Missiles, but I haven't run their Advanced Military chain, yet.
The Gallente already start with Small Hybrid Turret and already learn about Drones in Advanced Military, so the Gallente chain should not be changed.

The alternative is to just teach drones for all races at this stage, since many larger ships have drone bays, which makes an equal amount of sense.

Military career agents should give an early choice for an alternative path with secondary (usually long range) weapons.
Instead of skillbooks for turrets they will provide some for the secondary weapon systems.

If Gunnery skill is preset to any value, the skill for the secondary weapon system should be already injected and preset to a comparable level too.

Because secondary weapon systems have a more exactly setting for damage types, missions and tutorial should contain some more optional trainings for. Civilian drones and missiles should be introduced further. Their skill needs might be much lower as for regular armament.

The racial rookie ship should have bonus for both systems and both available instantly.
- civilian racial turret
- civilian miner
- civilian light missile launcher (Caldari, Minmatar) with civilian light scourge (Caldari) or civilian light nova/mjolnir (Minmatar)
- civilian light scout drone (Civ Acolyte for Amarr, Civ Hobgoblin for Gallente)
