I bring lots of people to this game, and they pay for it, ccp can't even keep to an agreement. What kind of gentleman deny you a plex for bringing them business?

If someone keeps playing past 1 month after upgrading, why shouldn't I get my reward?

Why should I bother bringing more paying customers to this game, if CCP doesn't offer me an incentive do go out of my way?

They do. You just have to follow the rules for the deal. It's hardly rocket surgery.

An entire universe is boring without any people in it. You'd soon get fed up.

They hardly clarify what an ineligible payment is, and they also rob me in the long run if the person who upgraded continues to pay them each month, I say if someone pays the 2nd month I should get a plex, or a cut of the profits.

They clarify it just fine if you read the agreement. Doing so would also let you inform the players you bring in what they need to do to make you earn from it.

You're not being robbed, especially not in the long run since it's not any kind of profit-sharing involved. It's a one-shot deal to make a new player subscribe to the game, with some restrictions to curtail the most obvious abuses, that is all.

They weren't real friends. Find em, kill em, loot their stuff. Take pics and come back with a long, amusing story. Off you go.

ps. Do it in a Kestrel

I don't care much for lawyer talk, show me the money, or I am going to start breaking some legs.

I must be missing something? Did the players OP sent invites to subbed using PLEXes or something so OP didn't get his PLEX? I'm not well versed in the buddy program so I'm not sure what is happening here.

For one, CCP actually very clearly clarifies what an ineligible payment is.To quote the knowledge base article the Buddy Program:

- To be eligible for the rewards, the Buddy account subscription fee cannot be paid using any of the following methods: Direct Debit, Steam, or CD Keys, including CD Keys or CD-Key type Starter Packs purchased or received from non-CCP sources and online stores such as, but not limited to: Amazon Starter Packs, Gamers Gate, and Game Stop.

My second point is in regard to your following statement: 'show me the money, or I am going to start breaking some legs.'.
As that in this context can only be assumed to be directed at CCP, this thread gets a lock as well as a report send to CCP for further review.

The Rules:
30. Abuse of CCP employees and ISD volunteers is prohibited.

CCP operate a zero tolerance policy on abuse of CCP employees and ISD volunteers. This includes but is not limited to personal attacks, trolling, “outing” of CCP employee or ISD volunteer player identities, and the use of any former player identities when referring to the aforementioned parties.
Our forums are designed to be a place where players and developers can exchange ideas in a polite and friendly manner for the betterment of EVE Online. Players who attack or abuse employees of CCP, or ISD volunteers, will be permanently banned from the EVE Online forums across all their accounts with no recourse, and may also be subject to action against their game accounts.
