Market - Price History: "Remove Outliers" tick box

When looking at the price history of an item, every now and then the price history chart is made useless by the poor fool who was scammed and purchased a $1 million (+ or -) for $1 billion.

This compresses the "natural" price variations into an unintelligible line with lots of space on the graph allocated to showing the outlier. The result is that you have to download the spreadsheet to make sense of the market prices, which drains server resources and bandwidth to send someone the spreadsheet.

It would be great if there were a tick box to "remove outliers" from the graph, thus restoring it to readability.

I support this. Possibly a menu option that allows you to specify something like "Ignore sell orders over xxx% above market average" allowing you to specify what percentage is in bounds.

Market already removes outliers to some extent.

We just need an option to step up the algorithm a bit to remove them completely.
