jump clone - feedback

When one want to jump clone, it may happen that he has other JC in that same station.
in this case existing implants on the clone you leave removed and the only thing between this happening is a warning that i've seen people miss or misread.

The origin of this mechanic is to prevent having few clones at the same station - yet i think its execution is crippled and needs to be fixed.
in my opinion, trather then killing all the implants which can cost even over billion, why not just not allow the jump, and make the player move to the next station?

I think

1) its pretty clear in everything I have ever read that you should not do what you did

2) Its stupid to spend 1 billion isk on implants
