Looking for a starter toon, perferably Amarr or Minmatar Skills. Looking at aroun 7-10 Mil. Sp. Nothing more than 14Mil Sp. Have around a 5. Bil Budget. Feel free to contact ingame as well as here.

Very tempting if not for the awful toon name, Sorry, I don't mind gimmicky or cheesey names, but that's just too plain weird for me.

I'd be willing to go to 4.5 bil for that character Sentry Girl. Its missing a few key skills and while has some nicey shineys is missing some core things.
