Willing to fight even if we only have a 20% chance of winning

What I am after:

PVP
Regular roaming gangs (sorry I don't do station/gate camping)
Understanding that I don't play all the time as I work / have family so allow casual players
Decent FC's
Active voice comms server where people actually use it and talk on it other than for ops (this is a social game!)
A very active killboard in my timezone
A good active member count, no 5 man corps please
An emphasis on working together instead of solo play (I don't pay money per month to play on my own).

Wormholes
High sec
Inactive Corps
Gate camping
Station camping
War decing corps


If Factional warfare:
Minmatar only
Must use teamwork over solo play

IF 0.0:
Decent gate bridge system for re-supply.
Have FC's willing to take engagements against the odds. No 3 hour roams where we get scouted at 20mins but we continue to p*** about for 2.5 more hours and not get any fight. We should take the fight to them.
