I've known Pell for a quite a while. He's always held true to contracts and promises involving exchange of assets or isk.

I also heard that some T2 BPO's were lost in a wormhole.

Pell is someone I trust with large amount of isks and more. Never broken his word ever. Does what he says. A good guy to do business with.
