Server ate my PLEX received a fatal error and was instructed by the message to contact billing to retrieve it.

First petition put in at 2014.06.24 02:01 EVE time so we are well over 24 hours which is absolutely unacceptable for a billing issue. My account has since gone inactive and i have had to use hours for PLEX to post this since i guess the GM's are busy playing fuzzball or something.

On top of the fact that my launcher doesn't work and i have to patch using the repair tool the level of bullshit i have to deal with just to log on and keep playing this game makes me think CCP doesn't like money anymore. ( Don't worry I've spent hours trying to fix the launcher thing but realistically it only stops me using the NEX store and no one gives a **** about that anyways so meh.... keep spending your time developing that fantastic feature we spent months protesting instead of making sure you have a stable client, PLEX system or GM team that can deal with billing issues in a reasonable amount of time......

In desperation i made a stuck petition in hopes of a reasonable response. It was very promptly changed to a billing petition so i guess that tells us CCP prioritizes stuck characters far above billing issues... priorities they need them.
