Dread Pirate Scarlet stealth nerf?

Ran this mission 2x now since the update and it no longer respawns as before. Anyone else notice this behavior and did ccp stealth nerf it?

No mission should just respawn.
finally workign as intended..

It was fixed before the patch as far as I know.

Now they need to stop Incursion respawn "bug" and things will be good. They were smoking some good stuff when they made that "bug".

Shame, it made it challenging.

Are you guys talking about warping out before finishing a room and then having more spawn on your return? Or keeping it open during downtime and having it respawn to farm?

Just curious.

Not the downtime reset. This particular mission would nicely respawn all the npc ships after you cleared the room. The mission bounty itself is somewhere around 20-30m bounty + a +3 implant if you did it correctly. So think in those terms in quick respawn farming.

It'd also randomly respawn while you were clearing the room. The ships would warp out when down to 2-3 remaining ships and a whole new fleet of completely different pirates would come in.

I think it was room 2 and we tested this; person 1 goes in and starts firing and clears the bs. Person 2 warps in through the gate and instantly 6bs/6 cruisers respawn and the original cruisers despawn. Then we had person 3 warp in and it happened again. Was able to reproduce 2x but then couldn't get it to work again. That mission was the best and our poor noct pilot had to bring a hauler along lol.

Not sure what OP is going on about but I just ran this mission for the 4th time. Got a respawn in the first room, got a respawn in the 2nd or 3rd room. In 4th room got respawns. I killed Scarlet and loot salvaged everyroom including 4th. Warped back to station and just for the heck of it I ran back thru every room via gates and guess what...in 4th room was another spawn. Only cruiser size but still a spawn.

I have run the mission many times and the "respawns" were actually "waves". I never had it respawn indefinitely, just several times.

Just ran it trying to take advantage of the infinite respawns. No respawns after warping back in multiple times, so I guess it is fixed.

Several of the rooms had multiple waves that triggered when the previous spawn was killed off.

Pon Farr Memorial: once every 7 years, all the carebears in high-sec must PvP or they will be temp-banned.

Yes I think they are missing the different waves especially room 4 that has like 4 or 5.

I have never had any thing respawn with this mission ran it yesterday and salvage looted and no respawn.

The only respawns I get are in the second room. Four Guristas bs and three bc sit about 50km off beacon and are there by the time I come back around from finishing up the last room (in fact, I always loop through again now just to make sure, since last time I nearly lost my noctis). The crap part of it is that the 4 bs all like to jam like they think it's funny, so it took about three times longer to kill the little ***** than normal.

Apologies if this hijacks the thread but been missioning in Amarr space for ages and got this mission for the first time the other day....I insta popped the 5m bounty 'pirate' in room 2 (I think) I read that it normally runs when shot at.....but it then respawned again in the next room and again I killed it and got the bounty (I think) this a bug/known bug ?

Oh and it does respawn - as I found out when going back with a Noctis - didn't read the mission report properlyBig smile

There are waves that aren't properly documented in the mission reports and there is complete respawn of rooms over and over again for farming. I believe they fixed the respawn issue but the waves are normal.

As for the 5m bounty ship; it is supposed to instant warp in the 2nd room as soon as you fire, if you alpha'd it then great. In the 3rd room if you kill it before another warp the implant should drop from the wreckage, not sure if anything would drop from the 2nd room as I'm using a tengu and the missiles never reach it.
