[WTB] Incursion ready pilot, Logi 5 / vindi / mach, 10b budget

As the title states, im looking for a pilot that is shield incursion ready, I want either a logi 5 pilot with excellent engineering skills or a Vindi / Mach pilot with t2 guns and Min / Gal bs 5 with decent supports all around.

depending on the SP level and focus of skills Im willing to spend as much as 10b on a character.
Im only willing to go 10b if the character in question has amazing support / core skills on it, please post eveboard links for any characters you have for sale and an asking price for them

Working on t2 guns now...will have them in about 10 days. Almost perfect shield and eng. skills I use him for incursions all the time!
