Allow expedition frigates to enter Incursion sites

Hello,

Today I wanted to try out my brand now prospect and mine some Lyavite in incursions. Sadly I had to find out that incursion acceleration gates do not allow expedition frigates to enter.

Lyavite is usually mined with a venture. The rock is some ~70km away from the site entrance which makes the venture a viable choice over mining barges (which are also allowed to enter incursion sites btw). The Prospect should be an upgrade to the Venture. It makes no sense to not allow it to enter incursion sites.

Prospects are new. Incursions are old. There's always a bit of development lag when modifying acceleration gate allow lists after new things happen.

This was already brought up around a week ago, and with a Dev reply. They overlooked it at the release, so they are looking into it
