Automatic Ship Naming

Please let me specify the name I want for each ship type, so when I board a ship it gets named automatically.

So for example, every time I board a Velator it gets named Two Scoops o' Noob, instead of Saint Germain's Velator.

Yeah, because it takes such a long time to rightclick -> change name - > Done...

When I fit 75 frigs for someone, yeah it takes a while.

I have made this suggestion with hope at some point as well. I don't think it will get much attention though.

I will support more options for the players of course.

Well, tough I don't get the 'name ship type' thing, I like to point out that there is already a thread about bulk rename, edit etc ... you should go there, which is the main issue, not pre-naming some automatic labeling bli bla blub.

I like this idea, it's simply a time-saver and has no negative impact at all. As someone who loses a lot of ships I'd appreciate anything that reduces station downtime. +1

Fitting name -> fit all -> gets renamed to fitting name?
I'm sure CCP could implement that without crashing eve servers for more than 2 weeks Cool

The time it takes to rename is is meant for you to think a new name instead of using the same old name over and over again. They give you a bit of time to boot up your originality.
