This a pretty solid Carrier pilot. Not a maxed out one but certainly very usable and ready to go and start using while maxing out the skill points.

No wasted skill points on ships that a capital pilot would not fly.

Could also be used at a Nyx sitter and should not offline the fits depending how obscure that you get.

There's nothing like having a carrier for hauling your crap around for your sub-capital characters.
