Substitute for Certificates?

I'm not sure how much other players used certificates, but I used them quite a bit. I took a year off and now I notice they are gone.

Now suppose I want to max out ECM skills. How do I find out what skills are related?

Aren't the masteries in the skills tab where certificates used to be? You should be able to find the relevant mastery there. Alternately, click show info on an ECM ship, and look at the masteries.

They are still there they just moved them. Look at character tab/ skills and than there are multiple tabs, second one i think is certs. And yes the mastery info on the ship info screen is new and very helpful.

Not even close to what they had... Now each ship has "Mastery". Before it was easy for a new pilot to learn what he needed to get perfect capacitor, tanking, gunnery, missile skills etc. Even worse many of the skills tied to a ship aren't really useful for that ship so some new pilot thinks these skills are useful but wastes training time.

Also due to this changed certificates were removed from Evemon... That was a great way to make a skill plan.
