(content) server died

Got booted, launcher cannot reach content server (according to the logs), no ability to login and start the game. I wonder if CPP tweets when server goes down?

Server is not down.

It's a problem somewhere else, but not at the servers.

The players make the content, so it is not CCP's fault, it's ours. We are working as quickly as possible to rectify the situation!

Happened to me too, in Denmark, launcher window went crazy for a while, after a few attempts to restart it I just left it closed, then waited a few minutes, then I started launcher again, everything was back to normal.

After talking to peeps in the channels, yep the server went offline for about 10 minutes. Ah well, its all back now!

Looking at EVE-Offline between 18:05-18:15 (Iceland time) the server dropped about 12,000ish connections.

There was apparently a third party network hiccup, but we're all good again now Smile
