Pretty simple one from me:

The ability to "force" a pilot or ship to be added to a fleet watch list. At present when we get into a fleet, you forever have people saying "Add X to your WL" - some of these invariably get missed and, whilst it's a fun human factor to the game, it's also a massive pain in the arse. You could even make this squad/wing/fleet based, and have a personal one, each viewable through an option in a dropdown menu or on a tab basis like the Overview.
