IMO, that's very cheap. I charge upwards of 20% and am willing to take riskier items as collateral, but that's my choice.

On the other hand, I can make more than 20% on some investments in a month so in all fairness potential clients really need to shop around for a deal that suits their needs and budget. Chances are they will find a "negotiant" offering terms they can live with.

But, caveat emptor, Time is ISK... so don't expect someone to give away either one for free.
