This pilot is would serve well from further training, but I do not have the time to put significant effort into doing this. That said, the pilot has extremely strong base skills and has most of the support work done.

It can be trained easily into an excellent carrier as it already has JDO V, RR V, Shield RR V, Cap Emissions V, perfect capacitor supports, Sentry Drones V, and Advanced Spaceship Command V. This is what I currently have been training towards, and is a relatively short train (a week or two) to get him to sit in a carrier.

It also has very strong recon support skills, I used this pilot as WH Loki/Rapier pilot, as well as a neut legion pilot. He also has Cyno V, and Recon V so is also well suited for Blops style gangs and such. He is also able to pilot a hictor and use the point, making him an asset in larger fleets as well.

While not evreybody's cup of tea, (certainly not mine), this pilot also has some industry skills, primarily centered around production, so they could be of some use, at least it is not mining I realize people don't like to pay for these skills and I am taking this into account with the price, consider it a bonus.

Finally, the pilot is currently in a Talisman Clone (see on eveboard), with a mid-grade omega implant. He also has two more jump clones, one has a Mid-grade slave set with the omega and the HG-1005 implant, and the other jump clone has just +3 implants.
