Data / Relic sites in Drone Region

Could it be that the drone regions lack data / relic sites?
I mostly found combat sites, but way less data / relic sites compared to other regions.

Or am I missing an important fact?

I have never found a relic site in the drone regions. Only data sites and I find a decent number to get what I want/need.

If you don't follow the rules, neither will I.
