Can't remember alt username

Hi, I got an e-mail with regards to reactivating my alt account but I have a problem.

I can't remember what the actual username is so that I can even reset the password.

How do I go about finding this out so I can reactivate the old boy?

I dont know if there is any other way then to petition to reset username.

Include as much information as you can to prove that the character does belong to you, and they should be able to help you Smile

If the email address you used is the same as an active account, you can go into Account Management and just below your characters you will see a field with "other accounts sharing [email address]." Click on it and find it in the list.

What Zaxix said works for same email used

If you used a different email, then sorry you will have to ask CCP through a petition.

In this include as much information as possible about the account that you know to verify it's actually yours.

Email adres, character name(s), when started, when stopped using, payment used etc etc.

I've logged a ticket with a link from within the e-mail I received as I used another e-mail address to the one I use for this account.

Hopefully that has the info they can identify me with. Here's hoping.

Incidentally I can't remember, does Eve include a "Welcome e-mail" with the username? If I can find that maybe there's still hope.

Funny, trawling through old e-mails I found what appears to be a support ticket then CCP sent me the information I needed.
