I already did, three of them, with a fourth having a fair chance of going that way in a couple of years if it comes back. That doesn't mean that what you said makes any kind of sense and it does mean that you are massively overreacting, especially to the people you were responding to since they said nothing about that disease.

Which gets derailed from the start into a discussion over percieved cancerjokes in other threads making any discussion about trolling impossible.

Because of the delicious irony that in a thread about trolling, the second responder ends up turning his ire against a particular troll into trolling. You should turn it into something else — it'll be healthier for you and better for everyone else since this thread can get back on its tracks.

D20, I think your crusade in this thread borders on insensitive. Can we just drop it? The only thing I'd accuse Domanique of is perhaps bad humor and terrible timing.

In OP's linked thread there are a lot of irrelevant replies, sure.. but what bothers me is how many of the relevant replies are wrong. People should really refrain from posting answers they aren't sure about, or at least qualify their response with the uncertainty.

Like Riyria said on page 2 the off-topic posts are usually short.. and anyway a lot of the time they're funny (to me) and relieve stress.

Yep, the right answer is always in a CCP quote.. maybe it's just Help chat fatigue but I find people providing incorrect information as if it's an answer as disruptive. It's not hard to look up this information before posting, is it?
