For the first time last night I decided to sell over 3000 items of junk I obtained from missioning, so loaded it all in to a haulage ship and sailed to Jita.

I transferred all the goods to the hangar, and selected all and fought long and hard to find the sell button.. There wasn't one! There appears to not be a 'sell all' button. I had to individually sell over 240 stacks of items, and regularly got the 'SLOW DOWN!" message. It took a very long time, tedious amount of time. Luckily I watched the Brazil & Croatia game as I did it.. Ugh

CCP please please please add a 'sell all' button! PLEASE! Just some mechanism to dump everything to existing buy orders - My fingers still have cramp.

With buy order fuckery, you realize how screwed you'd get with a "Sell All" button...

This "feature" is only good with NPCs buying junk

You may just sell higher value items individually and reprocess all cheap items into a few stacks of minerals to make the process easier.

fastest way is contract them and sell. Or sell it to known salvager corp.

What i do is use a API based tool to tell me whats worth reprocessing and whats worth selling. Normaly i reprocess as much as possible, like anything thats not worth 10-20% more when sold. This means that most of the junk will be just materials and its down to way less than half the selling

OP, selling stuff involves the server. The time it takes you to manually sell each item 'automatically' reduces server load.

Reprocessing the junk is the best advice.

Also, there's a nifty item value filter option in your inventory to easily separate junk from valuable stuff.

I believe there's also a meta level filter, since T2 (and above) is not worth reprocessing usually. Else you can sort items by meta level, too.

My choice too, though I wish there would be an instant 'get rid off' button for ISK 8).

I just hope, that its still valid after the complete industry overhaul, the only fears I got from the announcement was that selling the crap might now be more profitable then refining all the nick-nack. Hope they didn't unwillingly increase more load by that.

ln my opinion, they should have increase reprocessing to get rid of junk and balanced it so transporting compressed ore is still more profitable and modules less valid. Refine is one of teh best game options for loot, hope it stays that way.

There was a burn jita killmail recently, 17 bil loss freighter, and besides a few expensive items it was page after page of crap, scroll down was like 100+ pages, probably even an undersetimation, by the time I would have manually sold that I could have trained for said freighter °°

There already is a sell all function. It's called a sell order.

If this is the case, crap could be simply worth less, regardless if you sell it or reprocess it.

OR, globally decreasing minerals from the reprocessing changes would make prices go up and everything remains the same. Lol

TL;DR hard to predict the economic impact of major changes. Worst case, I'd still 'lose' some more ISK instead of clicking for half an hour or more!

Yeah I know.. and saving time /getting rid of annoying chores is always worth the ISK.

Hey, maybe one day I ll win the 100bil jackpot and then I ll buy all the meta 2-3 crap and reprocess it, spring cleaning for jita and all the other hubs, maybe server performance will increase 20-30%.

Should be possible, since youc an sell the minerals, you jsut need to cover the constant losses, 100 bil should work for a while 8).
