Requirements:

AttentionGallente Carrier 5
AttentionFighters & FIghter Bombers 5
AttentionJump Drive Calibration 5
AttentionAll Armor Comps 5
AttentionMaxed Drone Support
AttentionCybernetics 5

A HG slave set is preferable, but not required.

A character like this should cost me between 17-25b, but my budget is unlimited. Any sklls not Nyx related are basically a waste, but I'll entertain any character that fits the requirements.
