Looking for Starter/Decent Avatar Toon

Must be able to perform the following
* Ability to board a Avatar
* Equip Jump Portal Generator I
* Jump Cal 5

Basically if its able to bridge ships with Jump Cal 5

Will look at avatar starter toons also
