Looking For Decent Blackops Pilot

Must Be able to perform the following
* Equip Covert Jump Portal Generator I
* Equip Cloaking Device
* Ability to board a blackops ship
* Jump Calibration 5

Basically if its able to bridge ships with Jump Cal 5 and able to cloak

Will look at Blackops Starter Toons
