Issue with starting game after crius sisi pach

Hi
After pach i can not run game by eve\bin\eveexefile only by launcher, try couple time pach game by difren options,not help.
it is intentional new way of launching game or buq?
if it it new thing it in my opinion worst then before, in case more then one acc, take more time to log in to accs, and or swiching char by launcher, becouse, one launcher can be open at one time and you need to swich accounts, in case eveexefile you have easier acces to login and swichin becouse you can run ap many times.
