not really anything specific, its more that im after a good frig pilot, something with at least T2 capabilities and as few excess crap points as possible, i dont really intend to train the toon so it has to be pvp ready "out of the box" so to say,

Might not be exactly what you're looking for, but I'm Minmatar assault frigate capable as well as fairly cheap compared to total SP.

Has pi for making ism without needing to keep an eye on it, I make 600m per month with pi alone, I have notes in the notepad telling you what to do off what ext, I have assault frigs, tier two mods, rigs, turrets, a week from heavy assault cruises, and not too pricey only 7.4b and he's yours or best offer
