When you rent an office, you pay a few million per month. When UN renting an office, what happens is the system IMMEDIATELY UNrents the office and you are out any remaining rental days and ISK. The ideal solution is to make the UNrenting effective at the end of the rental period, refund a pro-rated amount immediately, or at least warn you that you're going to lose both the rental days and the money effective immediately. The current UI doesn't specify what is going to happen, so people may think that you get the money back or still have the rental for the month.
