To give a boost to things like tracking computers, scanners, warp disrupters and other things that use scripts. 10% to 15%

Unneeded, since there are already t2 modules. The function of srcipts is to specialize the function of the module and alter it's function, not make it more powerful like t2 ammo does.

So that is WHY t2 scripts would be nice...
