I hae been playing eve for some years now and my standing against some factions has increased. I would really love to change side, but it is impossible for me. I cant even travel in some places. I am KOS. So it would be a very good if you/I could buy or do something to get an amnesty.

It is done in real life.

Plz consider it.

The main problem with buying standing is that would immediately lead to maxed out standings with all factions.
A sort of "amnesty" where you wouldn't be shot could be considered, if you pay a price/day but you don't get any standing.
Or something else to gain standing without grinding lvl1s.

An amnesty is not about buying standing. Its about loosing bad and good standing. You are forgiven for your past actions and get a chance to change side.

If you change side you still need to start all over in standing.

Look up 'DeMichael Crimson's Faction Standing Repair Plan' and work to repair your standings like everyone else does, it's not that hard.

I can't support this suggestion as ultimately it goes against the EVE raison d'etre of consequences for actions taken. This suggestion I think is also like that other request to reassign skill-points once amassed which also cannot be supported for the same reason.

I can appreciate the frustration of having to grind L1 missions to win friends and influence people and standings if one was used to lucrative rewards from L4 missions etc; but like everything worth while "as in real life" above, then its worth the hassle. Likewise, there are several other ways to accelerate standings such as running higher level missions with friends in an intended corp or if flush with ISK, buy standings with a data agent: Data Center Agents Wiki

The details on how this could work aside, this is another potential isk sink that can be put into the game which is never a bad thing.

It took time to ruin your standings, it will take time to repair it. Action and consequence.

Well in Eve you can't have everything for nothing because there are consequences of choices you made, however, some kind of betrayal missions could be implemented but also meaning when you win "X" faction standings you loose "Y" faction standings and the pirate factions that go with.

They should be long, you should win 0 isk and take big amounts of risk to get it, but this could bring some fresh air to some players, but should be really hard to do it and require assistance for most of them, involving pve/pvp missions and every security status/random wh type.

Not just something you "click" and go.

Amnesty is usually granted only for a short period of time. I think it could be worked into the game mechanics, maybe every 6 months or once a year players are granted a 24 hr Amnesty in order to help facilitate repairing negative Faction standings.
