HI ALL, THE QUESTION THAT I HAVE IS THIS, IF U TAKE SOLO AN ORCA + 2 MINING BURGS OR EX'S, CAN U MINING SOLO , I DONT CARE ABOUT ORCAS BONUS TO FLEETS ETC, JUST IF IT IS POSSIBLE ONE CARACTER PUT AN ORCA AND 2 BARCS TO MINING, (ONE CARACTER NOT 2 ACCAOUNTS ETC), JUST ME.
THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR MY NOOBY QUASTION

but to answer the question:

yes you can if you get out of the orca and reship to the mining ship

- BUT anyone can and will steal your orca.

sorry about the caps, so i can mine if i reship to one barge from orca and buck again to orca to scoop the barge, but what if i have 2 bargs ??? i can do the same just jumping from barge to barge???

Once you eject from one ship to board another, the first ship stops everything that it's doing. While you certainly can hop from ship to ship as you're describing, only the ship you are actively piloting will actually do anything, and the other ships will be vulnerable to theft by other players.

I'd say it's not wise to go down this path.

I had a corp mate who was scouting belts in a shuttle one day. He came upon a person doing just what you described.

This person had ejected a hulk from the feet hanger of an orca, ejected from the orca and boarded the hulk. He then proceeded to mine, using the unpiloted orca a a very large can.

My mate, not believing what he was seeing ejected from his shuttle, boarded the fools orca and flew it away.

So to answer your question. Yes, you can do this. Please do this, I will be running locator agents on you so I can stop by and see how its working for you Twisted

i read an article in one forum that with an rorgual and 7 hulks in 7 hours making the monthly plex account, so how he is doin it??

That'll be a pilot using eight accounts and isboxer (or manually operating the clients)

Hes doing it by running 8 accounts. Yes an exhumer with fleet boosting support (rorq/orca) can plex its account in a weekend so I am told.

This guy had bad english and was thinking of making something really risky and he got great advice, explanation of why his idea would not work and didn't get trolled into oblivion.

Who are you guys and what have you done to the regular forum crew?
