How are super cap sales done?

I know one will use a third party service but how does the actual sale itself go down?

Buyer gives third party the isk.
Seller jumps titan into pre-agreed system that only the seller and third party know about.
Seller ejects from titan and third party gets into it.
Seller leaves the system
Third party hands over titan to buyer.
Seller receives isk from third party.


Is this basically the procedure? Could someone explain it in a little more detail?

You pretty much have the procedure down. The "third party" handles the merchandise and the money... usually at a POS (Player Owned Starbase that is anchored at a moon).
