What happens when my POS is destroyed with all my clones?

If i have a pos, what happens if it were to be destroyed by a large fleet and my clones and assets were stored there?

1. You can't store a clone in a POS. If you mean your active clone is in the POS, then the forcefield will drop and your ship will become a valid target.

2. The corporate hangar arrays, personal hangar arrays, and ship maintenance arrays in which you can store your assets and ships will become valid targets as soon as the POS is destroyed. The large fleet is likely to shoot these immediately as they will drop some of said assets when destroyed.

Just to head-off any confusion, a POS is not a station. You cannot dock in it. They are anchored at moons and consist of a control tower surrounded by a forcefield. The forcefield prevents anything inside being damaged (except the tower itself), but drops when the tower is destroyed.

Yes what Cara says. A POS is a player owned structure (or player owned starbase) not a player owned station.

If you are talking about player owned actual stations (i.e. outposts or conquerable stations), all that happens is control switches to the new alliance. Your assets and clones remain in station. However they can move out medical clones, but not jump clones. You do lose access to many services though when this happens.

As for Player Owned Starbases, the others have already covered it.
