They are still very useful in certain situations, but they are not the best for all uses.
They will settle at the price of two or three faction heavies while they are are in high supply.
After numbers drop they will be like any other limited asset.

They are not like worthless "remarketed securities that misattributed and misvalued risk. They have a core use and value.

While the market analysis predictions i made are unfolding exactly as modeled and i agree with you, your assuming 1 thing: it will stay a limited asset. Since they are so useful in pvp/pvm, they will most likely be re-introduced at a later date via blueprint. My money is on them returning so be careful because although the market will settle in a month or two, except the volatility to return.

now might infact be the time to buy - wait 2 years, start trickling them back on to the market, buying out people undercutting you and relisting their goods for your price.

A gecko bpo does exist in the game, So to buy them all up now would be pointless.

Geckos are like any other machine;

They're either a benefit or a hazard

If they're a benefit, its not my problem

Gecko crash has nothing in common with 2007/2008 except that price went down.

I feel correct, yup, this was called ages ago by a lot of people who are now buying their gecos back to actually use in droneboats they bought from the profits of selling their gecos in the first place.....
