How long does it take to convert 5000 m3 of Raw Material into its product of Tier 1 material? It's taking forever, I'm wondering if I'm doing it wrong...
Oh I should mention that I'm not extracting the Raw Mats, I buy them off the market and import them to my factory, so extraction time/amount isn't involved.

Well let's see you have the schematic... which lists how long it takes... and how many it takes... and then you count your factories....

This is like 8th grade math. Figure it out.

It's been a while since I've done PI, but if I recall correctly, you should see cycle timers around your production facilities. If whatever storage facility you're using for the final T1 output isn't filling up with mats, you probably need to check your links and routes to make sure everything is set-up appropriately.

Also, IIRC, it is relatively inefficient to import/export Tier 0 stuff due to its size.

More like 3rd grade math.

it should only be a 30-60min cycle. Did you route the materials to your factory, and route the finished material to your launch pad?

You're young, you'll adjust. I'm old, I'll get used to it.

Right off the top of my head, 3000 units of raw are converted to tier 1 every 30 minutes for every basic processor. Each unit of raw is .01m3. So 30m3 every 30 minutes. Since the conversion rate is literally 1m3 per minute, it will take 5000 minutes.

One step further, 83 hours or 3.4 days. One factory.

Ok thanks -- Looks like I'm doing it right then.... next time I'll try starting production with Tier 1 mats.

Or add more processors.
