With the recent change to freighters (added 3x low slots, balanced accordingly), would it make sense to do something similar for shuttles?

They were the only other ships in the game besides freighters to have no fitting options.

This would be pretty cool, it is a shuttle though so only 1 slot would be viable.

I'd use that for a new 'glitter' mod that makes your shuttle glitter like gold if you haul PLEX.

Agreed. Let a pilot choose between faster align time, faster warp speed, maybe a bit more cargo, etc.

And yes, I know a 'ceptor will always be better than a shuttle for just about anything that a shuttle does, but shuttles are cheap, and it makes sense from a mechanics standpoint.

That's seriously funny. Name it something like 'Bling Amplifier I', make it easy to fit and, have it turn your hull a shiny gold, at the expense of disabling all other modules and all drones.

Don't make it a module, make it simply a matter of having PLEX in your hold.
