Warp in / Warp out effects in PVE Sites

I have noticed that belt rats now have the new warp in/warp out effects.
And I thought to myself
Wouldn't it be cool if rats in anoms, DED sites and all the rest of the PVE sites would have these warp in effects, instead of just spawning when the last wave dies?
