Yo still being a nub i am wondering if 10/10 location can be sold? Not an escalation - 0.0 signature, kinda quiet.

bounties for npc in sanctum (which is 10/10 anomaly) are worth about 30 mil. No sane person will give you isk just so they can go somewhere to kill them and get 30 mil and then go back. If you live in null with sev and upgraded system you have up to 3 sanctums (i think it's more in drone regions) respawning after being completed.

Depends on area around it.

If I have to fly through 10 gate-camps to get to it, not that valuable.

If there are 2 NPC stations approx 2-3 jumps away, eh, might be worth something to somebody, and so on....

I got a bridge for sell.

The short answer is, Yes.

The long one is that when trying to sell a 10/10 complex to someone... you would be better to sell it to a person you know (member of your corp/alliance/coalition).

For example Goonswarm coalition (when i was a member of it) had several people that were actively accepting contracts to complete other people's sites and share the loot with them. 50%-50% for example. But this was only available to coalition members.

As for the OP; Yes people will buy bookmarks to complexes all the time, selling works best within your own alliance though. People tend not to trust random neutrals they meet because theres no way to for them verify the bookmark before hard, its all trust based.
