"Bubbles"

Those warp bubbles have such an impact on the environment that without them, null would no longer be null. Just more low sec.

I propose a 'Needle' module that can pop bubbles. And a 'Big Needle' for Titans that can pop POS bubbles.

The biggest difference might not be the lack of bubbels in lowsec, but the absence of gate/station guns in npc nul.
