Idea: Finish out the Vengeance bonuses to include LML damage

The other three Khanid ships have bonuses to both long and short range missiles. The Vengeance has a strange split bonus - it has +5%/level to rocket damage, but +5%/level Rate of Fire bonus to both rockets and light missiles.

My proposal is simple: Add "light missiles" to the damage bonus as well. This both evens out the bonuses to match the rest of the Khanid ships, and gives Amarr a fun high-armor missile frigate to play with.

Don't light missiles already do some very good damage compared to rockets?

The good damage is offset by the high CPU/PG requirements just like other long range weapons (beam vs pulse, artillery vs autocannons, rails vs blasters).

Vengeance is already beast compared to other Assaults (ignoring Enyo and Hawk) why does it need a buff?
