Anyone else missing Skill Points and entire skills since last patch?

I would not have noticed a problem, but I have 2 Maxed out Hulk pilots that suddenly could not mount any T2 Crystals. Refining, Vend, Scordite, Kernite and Veldspar Processing were all gone or rolled back to level 1 on both accounts. I know 3 others that has happened too also. Petitions are submitted.

Actually I'm missing skill points on a few of my characters too. Not many like 20k here and there but some others I know are missing close to half a million in some cases... What gives CCP?

I have too much invested in my accounts to run bots even if I was so inclined. Botting ruins the economy. Because of the needs of the Corp, I do mine with several miners and a hulk to get the most out of my time.

My accounts are missing between a few hundred thousand to over a million SP across them all. Entire skil sets are gone out of Industry on two accounts.

No comment from CCP on the Petition, but then again, my last Petition received a reply 7 months after the fact asking how they could help...

Other people effected with Petitions have also not received any reply.
