Do skills take longer to train after Kronos patch

I was training long range targeting lvl 5 before patch it was 7days 22H and somthing after patch its 9days 22m ????

Just me or any one els got longer training ?

Nope, nothing changed there. Did you get podded and lost your implants? Sounds like something like that. Make sure you check it.

Or maybe JCd into a clone without implants before the patch?

or if nothing of the answers is correct, stop training queue and reapply. ccp had a bug with jumpclones in one expansion once
