Actually I noticed this last week when I went to ahem, check out the shoes. I bought one for each eye off the market on Sisi and had a tantrum when I couldn't use em both. Kept quiet because I thought it'd be hilarious if they were removed. Everyone will want one now, $70 or not.

No one really complained about the Monocles.

It was all that other stuff that was ridiculously overpriced while at the same time looking worse than the "free" clothes Incarna came with. Although in truth even that was only the icing on top of the greed-is-good-gold-ammo-cake.

Pretty sure the reason for the meme "MonocleGate" was infact about monocles, and them being overly priced and a obvious cash grab by CCP.

Id hesitate to believe anyone actually bought PLEX with cash to buy monocles when the spacerich have beeellions of isk laying around

I'm just curious why they even sell clothes if they dont ever play in bring back WiS...Seems rather pointless, I rarely look at what other characters are wearing unless I see their picture here.
