It's now an aesthetic feature to camoflage some of the lighting changes to Amarr and Gallente ships. Lol

I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.

so annoying that this module needs fixing but no DEV wants to respond to this, the same goes for much needed drone changes

AS OF KRONOS (June 6th 2014)

The Armor Resistance Phasing skill, which modifies the behavior of Reactive Armor Hardeners, now reduces cap need by 10% instead of 5%.
