With the Kronos release and Expediation frig's hitting the market now at a cool 4mil ISK avg.

How does one obtain a BPO - How are they beign distrubuted?

Congrats, you found the skillbook to fly them.

The Frigate is called the Prospect, as far as i know there will never be a BPO for it, in order to get them someone needs to invent and build them, invention in a POS will take 12.5 hours and I dont know about the build times,

The Expedition is a T2 frigate. BPOs for Tech 2 stuff stopped being issued years ago. You'll need to do Invention on a Venture BPC to make an Expedition BPC.

There are no t2bpo for any item introduced after invention was introduced in 2006(?). You need to invent these from venture bpcs

With a 12 and a half hour invention time, the first BPCs should be out in a couple hours, then build time, then the finished ships will start appearing on the market.

Minimum time to market, assuming a POS lab and materials ready to use, is about 21 hours. Add another hour or so to set up/deliver the jobs and to haul to Jita and you should see them appear by 1400-1500 eve time today. Prices should initially be eye-watering but will probably settle at 22M-25M over time. The Prospect requires frig construction V to build, like assault frigates.
