Gemblog rated it at about 7.3B.
As you can see I got all the large weapons at T2, so shouldn't that add a bit more?
And how can I improve my value even more? Training into capitals, or getting all races' battleship skill @5?

Well if you already put it into gemblog then you have no need of the guy here to do it for you. (I honestly think that is all he is doing here)

And gemblog seriously undervalues characters.
