I am looking to purchase a focused PVP Merlin pilot with reasonably well trained support skills. I'm kind of a noob, but I'd like to get into honourable frigate pvp and my skills are currently not quite at the level I'd like. Please note that I am looking for a focused pilot, and I will NOT pay for wasted SP. Anything in Spaceship Command beyond Caldari Frigate 5 and Spaceship Command 5 is undesirable.

Scan skills are negotiable but preferred- after all, I may have to combat probe someone to fight them, and using a prober alt would not be honourable.

As I would to learn to FC and potentially lead frigate roams, good leadership skills are a must. Don't even think about posting here unless you have Fleet Command 5.

I have specified Advanced Informorph Psychology for use of multiple jump clones depending on the pvp environment. If possible I would like the character to come with 8+ jump cloned pre-installed, with preference towards those that include the following clones:
