Is there anything i can use out of game to see corp emails such as bills structures etc?

yes and no you can use eve gate to see mails, but not notifications.

eve gate

and you can use phone apps like aurora or eve droid to see notifications and other such info via the api system

I have Aurora but i can not get the corp pages to work, it just tells me "this feature is coming soon".?
