Very nice work, I can't ever seem to get the things to work myself. Would you by any chance be able and willing to share them as assets for other people to use in their own projects? As long as they acknowledged you in their credits ofc :)

Instead of sharing my (messy Big smile) files with you, i'd rather teach you, how i got started and what helped me to get into it.

There are a few video guides out there, which showed me where to get my resources (3d models, textures) and how to work with them.

For example:

- Video Guide 1
- Video Guide 2


To sum it up, just use "Triexporter" to extract the 3D model and textures of the ship you want and then edit the extracted textures in photoshop to fit your needs. That's it.


Btw, what program are you working with and what causes you problems? Maybe i can be of some help.

Would it be possible to buy a video from you?
One full rotation with greenscreen as background in full HD mp4 / avi file.
Though I probably don't want to spend more than 50 mil. ISK on it.

Not sure if I need it, but it would be nice to know if it was possible.

Sorry for the late replay.

Just a ship spinning with greenscreen. Maybe some shadow. Just one single 360 spin that I can loop
Right now I use http://www.eohgames.com/labs/Ships/Quafe%20Catalyst (Go to settings, enable spinning + greenscren nebular and disable bloom.

But it has some limitations. I want a shadow and maybe a transistion from or to wireframe. Also sometimes the lighning is a bit dark.

Like I said, for now I don't need more. But it's nice to have more options available.
